| How much does it cost? |
| Pricing is customized to your situation, but an average campaign will cost $1,000 a month plus a little more per keyword involved. "Keyword" refers to the name or other word which has been affected by offensive listings, or which needs to be elevated in the search engines. |

| How soon can you start? |
| We are usually able to being assembling a team on the day we receive a signed contract. By the next day, we will be in touch with you and will get our initial analysis underway. The "execution" phase begins when we've assembled the necessary background data-and that is usually up to you. |

| Can You Just Get Rid of That Stuff? |
| We are often asked, "Can't you just get that offensive stuff about me/my business off the Internet?" This is not usually the case, but we can try. If the offensive postings can be identified, and we can find the webmaster of the (blog, forum, etc.), we may be able to argue for removal. We've been quite successful under these conditions. If the offensive posting is actually defamatory or libelous, we may be able to bring a legal solution to bear. But, one needs to keep in mind that most postings to the Internet are not easily removed. In most cases, we suppress negative listings rather than remove them. (See the ORM's 3-Step Approach page). |

| How Long Does It Take? |
| It all depends on the extent of the damage. If there are only a few negative postings and they are in "manageable" territory, we may be able to complete a project in a month or two. But a large number of postings, or postings on high-profile sites, can require an extended campaign. |

| Is the Fix Permanent? |
| For the vast majority of our projects, once we have achieved domination of the top search engine listings for your "positive content" (the content that replaces the negative postings), the fix is permanent. Even new offensive postings are unable to take over those rank positions. We have, in effect, achieved "dominance." |

| Who Writes the Positive Content About Me or My Business? |
| ORM will offer you a number of options. One of them is that you write the content or supply content that we can use. We can also use content templates that we've developed or, in rare cases, use a professional writer from our team to develop new content. We will address this issue at the beginning stage of your project. |
